Trip to Juneau
Day 14: We woke up super early to be at the ferry terminal for 5:45. First light had just broke through and it was a spectacular morning. Here are some shots taken while waiting to board the ferry.
We stopped in Haines briefly for more passengers to come aboard. The sun finally peaked up over the mountains and instantly provided more warmth to us on the beautiful morning. The contrast in water color is from the cold glacier water run-off.
There was a whale here, Jill swears.
Juneau is finally in our view.
We arrived in Juneau after about a 7 hour ferry ride from Skagway.
